your purchase you may return your item for a refund minus
shipping costs.

then contact a Customer
Service Representative at
Skin Care By Marlene Federico and request a
return authorization number and instructions on what to do once
you've acquired the form.
The form is in a PDF format so
you'll need to download Adobe Reader if it is not already
installed on your computer. It is a free download and can be
downloaded from
www.adobe.com.
Skin Care By Marlene Federico will not accept deliveries without a RA
number for security and processing reasons. You will also need
to return the products via certified mail or some other
mechanism that requires the signature of our staff or at the
very least confirms some sort of delivery.
Refunds will not be applied to invoices that are more than 30
days old or products that are over 30% used. It is the
customer's responsibility to provide postage for the return or
exchange of products. No credit will be given until we receive
the products. The products must be returned in their original
packaging or refund will not be given. If the product was
shipped with a rebate form and the upc label is missing, refund
will be minus the rebate amount.
